Dixie's House was a small house where the prostitute Dixie lived in Los Angeles.

Dixie's house was located somewhere in South Los Angeles, in a neighborhood apparently dominated by African Americans. Her house was located just across the street from Alfred's house, and he and his friends, despite being young, were aware of her drug use.
Martin Riggs and Roger Murtaugh parked across the street from Dixie's and were about to interrogate her, since they both have proof Dixie would be the only one who would have poisoned Amanda Hunsaker a couple days before. Before the duo could enter the home, it surprisingly burst into flames, taking Dixie from inside. Riggs and Murtaugh both were shocked and they backed far away from the home until the fire department arrived, briefly checking on Alfred and his friends, making sure they weren't injured in the explosion. When one of them asked if Dixie might be home, Riggs and Murtaugh share an affirmative nod.
After the fire was put out, it was revealed by detectives that the house blew up because someone changed the meter to extreme lengths, with help from a Mercury switch. After the duo questioned Alfred, and once they discovered who was behind the heroin shipment, the arsonist was revealed to be Mr. Joshua.
